Terms of Service

To use ZepraBrowser and the KetiveeAI ecosystem, you must accept:

Terms not defined here have the meanings given in the KetiveeAI Terms of Service. Together, these documents are referred to as the "Terms."

These Terms describe:

  • what you can expect from KetiveeAI when using ZepraBrowser
  • what we expect from you when using our services

We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, manage, export, and delete your data.

1. Our Service

ZepraBrowser provides browsing and rendering services within the KetiveeAI ecosystem.

These services may include:

  • highly optimized web page rendering via NXRender
  • Javascript execution via ZepraScript engine
  • developer tools and APIs

Certain features or benefits may not be available in all regions and may be subject to additional restrictions.

2. AI Services

Some ZepraBrowser features use KetiveeAI processing resources.

Access to these features may require AI credits or AI plan allocations.

AI credits may be used to process tasks such as:

  • generating content
  • processing AI requests
  • running AI compute workloads

The number of credits required for an action will be displayed within the product interface.

KetiveeAI may modify credit costs or AI resource allocation when necessary.

3. Purchase and Payment

Contributions to the ZepraBrowser open-source project are non-refundable donations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For any paid cloud services associated with the browser:

  • payment will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
  • your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your cloud-based subscriptions at any time.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and applicable consumer laws.

Refunds may be granted for:

  • duplicate payments
  • billing errors
  • technical service failures

5. Open Source Usage

ZepraBrowser makes its core engine available under open-source licenses as defined in the repository.

Users must adhere to the terms of the specific licenses when modifying, distributing, or embedding the browser engine.

6. Leaving the Service

You may stop using ZepraBrowser and associated services at any time.

If you choose to close a synchronized KetiveeAI account, you may lose access to stored data and services associated with that account after the applicable retention period.

Before closing an account, users should export or download any data they wish to retain.
